Our job was responsible for the development of the “master plan” to improve student circulation, emergency vehicle access, delivery truck / student separation, and provide larger contiguous lawn space for student use of this 1960’s dormitory and classroom complex.
Project Services
We developed construction documents and constructions administration for all hardscape and softscape site elements. Our work included thickening student sidewalks, designed for firetrucks and service vehicle access, brick pavement surfacing at dormitory entrances, and seat walls. Our project services include:
