Country Estate

Located off the hoover reservoir in Westerville, Ohio, the clients found an existing home ideal for their vision of an english country setting and with views of the reservoir while also being extremely private. The home was purchased in 2008 and remodeled in 2011. Since our original landscape site design of the home, the property owners have purchased multiple adjacent properties, and in turn have demolished each home on their perspective site to make room for a proposed barn and swimming pool complex master plan developed by our firm. The barn will house horses, collectible cars and as well as provide entertainment activities. Adjacent to the barn we have developed a paddock for the horses. North of his existing home, the property will included a new proposed pool house with a swimming pool, spa and arbors.
