About the Project: Heritage Park
James Burkart Associates, Inc. developed the comprehensive park master plan around the historic Westerville Everal Family Farm. The primary focal point of the site is centered upon the dominant Everal Barn. A feasibility study was conducted to determine an appropriate use for the Barn and the probable financial commitment of the City. The resultant plan incorporates the program and activities determined by the feasibility study.
