About the Project: The Verizon office building is the first corporate facility to be occupied on the new Emerald Parkway. Constructed by the City of Dublin, the Parkway was conceived to attract corporate headquarters and prime suburban office space. This upscale suburban office complex consists of two four-story buildings.  Extensive landscaping and an irrigation system are instrumental to the overall ambience of the site, which fronts on I-270.
