About the Project: This high tech printing facility is located on a generous site with a 30 acre employee park in the rear of the building. Formerly a farm, a large barn spared from demolition has become a focal point for the employee park. James Burkart Associates, Inc. developed tennis courts, softball fields, sand volleyball court, playground, fitness/jogging trail, all purpose building and parking for employees. The corporate office building is fronted with a formal pond containing fountains and is terminated with a corpora te sign wall. Bold parallel beds of evergreen trees and shrubs accompany abounding, colorful flower beds. The site has an extensive irrigation system.
